Welcome to Bentonville! We're thrilled to have you here for Think Health, hosted at Heartland Whole Health Institute. Bentonville is a place where health and well-being are built into everyday life, from miles of connected trails to green space, art and fresh local food. It's also home to the Alice L. Walton School of Medicine, making it a fitting place to explore how AI and whole health can transform care for communities everywhere.
Things to Do Between Sessions

Whole health starts with time outside. Bentonville's paved and natural-surface trails link neighborhoods, museums and downtown, so a walk or ride fits easily into your day. Rent a bike from one of our local shops, and visit our bicycle resources page for rental options throughout town.
The easiest escape is right outside. The trail network on the Crystal Bridges campus winds through Ozark forest past sculpture, springs and architecture, making it perfect for a quick walk between sessions. The grounds are also an accredited arboretum, so take a moment to notice the native trees and plants along the way.
If time allows, plan a trip to Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, where trails for every skill level wind through forest and open meadows just minutes from downtown. Walk or ride to the Airship Coffee in the heart of Coler, reachable only by foot or bike and featured by National Geographic Travel among the most remote coffee shops in the world. Fall in the Ozarks is a great time to be outdoors, with cooler temperatures and changing leaves.
