Hardwater Cocktail Room—Founded by two friends with a wealth of experience in bartending and cocktail crafting, this new hotspot offers a mix of timeless classics and innovative creations. Sip on a perfectly made Old Fashioned, or try something adventurous like their standout drink, The Perfect Date—a blend of black peppercorn and date-infused vodka, sweet vermouth, and Cocchi Americano. Loveless Cocktail Club—What’s more iconic than handcrafted cocktails, live DJ sets, and... hot dogs? Yep, you heard that right—possibly the quirkiest bar in Bentonville is open late, serving up all the good vibes (and good eats). The menu brings the fun with creative classics like the Sloppy Joe—a chorizo chili dog loaded with inventive toppings—or the Flame On!—a Hot Cheeto and lime aioli masterpiece that’s as delicious as it is outrageous. Got a vegetarian buddy in the crew? No problem—you can substitute a veggie dog, making this the ultimate late-night hangout for everyone!

Of course, the drinks are creative and tasty. We love the house cocktails, especially the Tokito, a Japanese whiskey with mint that is amazingly refreshing. With a state-of-the-art DJ booth to keep the bar bumping with live music sets weekly, you’ll just need to stop by and experience the vibes for yourself!

The HUB Bike Lounge—Where else can you find a bike-themed bar except, of course, Bentonville, Arkansas—the Mountain Bike Capital of the World? This local favorite has become a community staple, and it’s easy to see why. With a full-service bike shop, weekly live music, trivia nights, DJ events like Club Hub, and plenty of bike parking right outside, there’s no reason not to swing by and enjoy an evening of fun! 

We recommend the Full Send, a top-shelf margarita, with an order of Birria Tacos. Indoor and outdoor seating is available year-round, and fire pits add warmth in the cooler months.

Callisto—This spot is a true speakeasy experience—you’ll need a reservation to uncover this tropical-inspired bar! Tucked behind a secret entrance in Midnight Gallery, step through the hidden doorway and find yourself in a lush paradise filled with tropical drinks and delicious Polynesian-inspired bites. 

Got a group? Share one of their over-the-top punch bowls, crafted for 2–4 people, complete with crazy straws for everyone. We recommended the Curse of Lono—a blueberry-infused tequila cocktail with pomegranate, pineapple, and lime that’s as refreshing as it is flavorful. Feeling fancy? Go all out with The Pink Ring, an aged rum drink served in your very own deep-sea treasure chest, complete with smoky, theatrical flair. This is one bar experience you won’t want to miss!

We recommend trying The Flamingo, a tasty mix of butterfly pea-infused vodka, coconut water, pineapple, yuzu, and lime. Try one of their delicious sushi rolls for the freshest fish you’ll find in Arkansas! If you’re looking for a spirit-free beverage, The Hibiscus is where it’s at!
