Natalie Stika

Natalie Stika is a Bentonville transplant passionate about hospitality and spurring on community engagement. She has a 7-year career in social media and communications. Since November of 2023, she has led the social media and PR efforts for Visit Bentonville and Bike Bentonville. When she’s away from the recording studio, Natalie can often be found out at a local attraction taking pictures and videos, alongside her dog and husband.

Nat Ross

Nat Ross is a Colorado native with over 28 years of experience in the cycling industry. Nat's career spans professional racing, event production, race promotion, and sales/marketing within the industry. He was inducted into the Mountain Bike Hall of Fame in 2008 after racing professionally for Trek on the Subaru-Gary Fisher Mountain Bike team. Nat was the first athlete to win a World Championship on a 29" mountain bike and is a two-time Race Across America (RAAM) winner. Nat is passionate about developing and growing Bentonville’s cycling scene, connecting riders, and building community within the sport. He can often be found riding gravel and single-track trails throughout Northwest Arkansas.
