Beth Bobbitt
Beth Bobbitt has called Northwest Arkansas home most of her life. She has 20-year career in nonprofit and corporate communications and for the past decade she has led marketing and PR efforts at Alice L. Walton School of Medicine, Heartland Whole Health Institute, and Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Beth is passionate about promoting the arts, well-being, and quality of life amenities through branding, media relations, and content strategy. She has served on the boards with Downtown Bentonville Inc Board as well the Northwest Arkansas Chapter of PRSA, where she was President for two years. Beth is currently a freelance communications professional and a practicing artist who lives in Bella Vista with her 8-year-old daughter and husband.

Nat Ross
Nat Ross is a Colorado native with over 28 years of experience in the cycling industry. Nat's career spans professional racing, event production, race promotion, and sales/marketing within the industry. He was inducted into the Mountain Bike Hall of Fame in 2008 after racing professionally for Trek on the Subaru-Gary Fisher Mountain Bike team. Nat was the first athlete to win a World Championship on a 29" mountain bike and is a two-time Race Across America (RAAM) winner. Nat is passionate about developing and growing Bentonville’s cycling scene, connecting riders, and building community within the sport. He can often be found riding gravel and single-track trails throughout Northwest Arkansas.
