Graham Cobb
Graham Cobb is a nationally recognized strategist, connector, and community builder who works at the intersection of community and economy—where movements emerge, momentum builds, and ideas take root.
Over the past two decades, Graham has worked alongside business leaders, civic organizations, and institutions across Arkansas to help communities understand what makes them special and how to turn that identity into forward momentum. He previously served as President and CEO of the Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce and as Chief Operating Officer of the Little Rock Regional Chamber, where he helped reshape legacy organizations, launched Northwest Arkansas’s first inclusive entrepreneurship initiative, and led nationally recognized efforts like the Because Bentonville campaign.
Graham later served as Senior Policy Officer at Walton Enterprises, advancing public affairs and policy strategies across workforce, education, health, and economic development priorities.
Today he leads Paceline Strategies, where he helps organizations navigate complex challenges, align stakeholders, and move good ideas into action. His work often focuses on the role that culture, outdoor recreation, music, food, and local stories play in shaping communities people want to visit—and places they ultimately want to stay.
A lifelong Arkansan, Graham learned business, creativity, and teamwork playing in punk rock bands and working in pizza restaurants. He believes deeply in Arkansas—a place where world-class companies grow from small towns, where trails and main streets bring people together, and where relationships have a way of turning good ideas into lasting impact.
