Ledger Bentonville is famous for being the world’s first bikeable building. The first floor is free to the public and makes for a great place to hangout with friends, catch up on work, or enjoy a book. Outside the building are six stories of free switchbacks which you can use to bike or walk up to breath-taking views of Downtown Bentonville.
