A Michelin-recommended Dallas restaurant with a new location in downtown Bentonville, Written by the Seasons brings an eclectic, rotating menu with locally sourced ingredients to a cozy, earthy space. A dinner-only, upscale restaurant, it shares a complex with Mezzaluna Pasteria and Wu Zhao — making the block one of the most exciting new dining destinations in the city. Sestina
Featuring wood-fired steaks, handmade pastas and a robust wine list, Sestina is set in the heart of Downtown Bentonville at The Compton Hotel. The menu highlights handmade pastas, classic steaks and shareable plates drawing inspiration from Italian cuisine while embracing locally sourced Arkansas ingredients. The Big Lieutenant
Offering New American bistro cuisine, Chef Trae Basore features house-made snacks, salads, rice bowls and riffs on classic sandwiches, with locally brewed beers on draft, wines by the glass and a cocktail program rooted in the classics. Born and raised in NWA and trained in New York and New Orleans, Basore brings big-city sensibility to southern Bentonville, and it shows.
Hours: Wednesday through Friday, 5 to 9 p.m.; Saturday, noon to 9 p.m.
Townie Burgers and Bevvies
A full-service restaurant serving a variety of griddled burgers, appetizers and entrees paired with ice cold beverages, right on the Bentonville downtown square. Simple done well, right where you want it to be.

Archie's Sandwichery

Table Orleans at the Hickory Inn
A Bentonville landmark since 1970, the space recently rebranded as Table Orleans in 2026, pairing its famous prime rib and seafood with vibrant Cajun flavors. Expect top-tier service, a full bar and a stunning wooded outdoor patio, especially beautiful at dusk.
Hours: Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Sunday brunch 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., dinner 2 to 8 p.m.
Big Whiskey's American Restaurant and Bar
