Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) offers support services for all travelers who may need assistance.

 

  • Wheelchair Assistance: Curbside wheelchair support is available. To make arrangements, please contact Skycap at (479) 877-5056.

  • Visual Paging: Visual paging services are available in Concourse A.

  • Mother’s Room: A private space for nursing parents is located between Gates A and B.

  • Therapy Animals: XNA’s Runway Rovers are volunteer therapy dogs who provide comfort and affection to travelers. To request a visit from a therapy dog, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice.

  • Service Animal Relief Area: Just before Gate B, there is a designated pet relief area for service animals.
