Disco balls overhead. Big ideas onstage. And a dance floor that lit up in more ways than one. The FAM’s Sleep Summit brought its “Find Your Groove” theme to life in Bentonville, mixing industry conversations with plenty of personality.

 

The FAM, a growth hub for mattress retailers, brands, manufacturers, and innovators, kicked things off Tuesday evening with a welcome happy hour at The HUB. Attendees reconnected and met new faces before heading to The Record for presentations Wednesday and Thursday.

In Bentonville, your vision sets the stage. The FAM described its vision on LinkedIn:

"We’re bringing together incredible leaders, innovators, and industry voices for conversations that will inspire new ideas, spark real connection, and help move the mattress and sleep industry forward.”

For Sleep Summit, that meant transforming The Record with mirrored disco balls, record-inspired décor, and an illuminated dance floor that brought the theme to life. From big ideas onstage to bold moves on the dance floor, the space became an experience all its own. Whatever you’re dreaming up, our distinctive venues offer room to make it happen.

With stays at 21c Museum Hotel, The Compton, Motto by Hilton, and AC Hotel by Marriott, attendees could make downtown Bentonville part of the experience. Walkable streets and bikeable routes made it easy to get to the welcome celebration and meeting venue, with local coffee, dining, and art to discover along the way.

Behind the scenes, Visit Bentonville’s Director of Sales led the project, with Kim Krutsch carrying it through to completion. Helping planners bring their vision to life is at the heart of our Unconventional Convention approach.
