Owner and operator of Olly Makes Bakery.
Molly grew up in Central Arkansas before moving north to attend college at the University of Arkansas. Upon graduation, Molly started her career in public relations and advertising, then realized it was time for a change.
During the summer of 2018, Molly started selling her baked goods at the Downtown Bentonville Farmer's Market. By the spring of 2019, she had her brick-and-mortar just steps away from the downtown square.
Growing up, one of the ways she knew to show love was through food. During family gatherings, movie nights, game nights, birthdays, anniversaries, graduation, heartbreaks, road trips, 'thank you's, and 'I'm sorry's; food is served as a way to connect and show that we care. Molly loves to use food to build relationships and offer community.
Olly Makes Bakery is the product of Molly's passion for community and a healthy, organic lifestyle. She aspires to be part of the shift in offering delicious, quality food. Not only is everything offered gluten-free, but the staff also makes everything from scratch with predominately organic ingredients.
