Welcome Inn
As seen on HGTV’s “Fixer to Fabulous: Welcome Inn,” this newly renovated historic house is available for booking and can accommodate up to eight people in three comfortable bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom.
The Welcome Inn was originally built by the King family in the 1870’s on a 160-acre working farm. There are only four known previous owners over the past 150 years, two families of which Dave and Jenny Marrs have met.
The restoration of this property took just under a year and was a massive undertaking as the Marrs’ faced extensive rot in the floors and walls, termite damage, thousands of bees living within the exterior columns, and having to bring the house up to code with electrical and plumbing as well as a functioning kitchen. Needless to say, the it was all worth it!

Welcome to Berry Fest
Join us in Bentonville for our Annual Berry Fest 
Every year in June, Berry Fest invites all to gather with friends and family and pick a basket of fresh organic blueberries while enjoying live music from local artist and supporting local businesses in the Vendor Village and food truck area.
