Home Tour Checklist + Where to Shop
Pause from the rush of daily life, and step into the warmth of the Marrs Mercantile, located in the historic building that was originally built in 1905 as the home to the Centerton Bank. Featuring refurbished displays, custom furniture, and a collection of curated goods, the Mercantile was created as a place for families to gather, shop, and play.

As seen on HGTV’s “Fixer to Fabulous: Welcome Inn,” this newly renovated historic house is available for booking and can accommodate up to eight people in three comfortable bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom.
The Welcome Inn was originally built by the King family in the 1870’s on a 160-acre working farm. There are only four known previous owners over the past 150 years, two families of which Dave and Jenny Marrs have met.
The restoration of this property took just under a year and was a massive undertaking as the Marrs’ faced extensive rot in the floors and walls, termite damage, thousands of bees living within the exterior columns, and having to bring the house up to code with electrical and plumbing as well as a functioning kitchen. Needless to say, the it was all worth it!
