Azul Tequila Bistro on the downtown square at 111 N Main Street and Azul Tequila Mexican Cuisine at 1000 SE Walton Blvd, Suite 22. The concept of "Azul Tequila" comes from the state of Jalisco. Jalisco is a western Mexican state known for mariachi music and tequila, both of which reportedly originated here. In Jalisco, the agave is blue and paints the landscapes in the color of "Azul Tequila".
