Chicken + fun = Waldo’s Chicken & Beer. Originally based in Nashville, this new-to-Bentonville fast-casual restaurant is all about great chicken, cooked two ways: Southern Fried and Rotisserie, while pairing it with mouth-watering scratch-made Southern sides. To make it even better, they provide a variety of formats to enjoy the chicken and offer eight original sauces; you must try the Rooster and Alabama White sauces!

You may be wondering which chicken combo is the best? If you’re riding solo, the classic Fried Chicken is a solid choice as it’s brined overnight and hand-breaded. I also enjoy the Chop Chop Blue Salad for a filling and fresh take on a classic chopped chicken salad. If you are looking to feed a group, the Bucket O’Bird or Feed the Flock Tender Meal will be *chef’s kiss*. Bucket O’ Bird features four quarters of their signature chicken with four cheddar biscuits, two large scratch sides, and a side of coleslaw, while Feed the Flock Tender Meal includes twelve hand-breaded tenders with four sauces, four cheddar biscuits, two large scratch sides, and a side of coleslaw.

Looking for a deal? Check out their Tuesday Taco Special! Enjoy an all-day happy hour with $5 Margaritas and a “You-Pick-Three” taco meal for just $8.49. Although not part of the deal, try their Loaded Nachos to enhance your Taco Tuesday experience.
