The Holler will be a place patrons can come to work, grab something to eat, be somewhere they can meet co-workers or friends after work, have a drink and play some shuffleboard.
"We wanted to get away from the full-service (restaurant) and bring a different experience," said Chuck Purcell, RopeSwing director of operations.
It's meant to provide experiences for any time of the day, he said during a media tour Thursday. The Holler opens to the public at 6 p.m. Saturday.
The space is an anchor to the 8th Street Market at 801 S.E. Eighth St., which is also home to Brightwater: A Center for the Study of Food, Bike Rack Brewing and the soon-to-come, multi-vendor South Market.
