OUR STORY
With a love for classic,
stately beauty...
and a vision of grandeur, Danise Smith and daughter Breann Ashford purchased the property at I Street in Bentonville. Their passion for bringing life and excitement back into older things manifested with the renovation process as they created a grand bridal suite and party room in the 1930's home. Plans to build a bright and beautiful venue in the center of Bentonville with a comfortable bridal party house began in August of 2014.
While the Northwest Arkansas area offers a variety of more rustic, chic venues, the owners felt there was a great need for something polished, grand, and simply... white. The Ballroom at I Street is a venue that enables the bride and groom to personalize every aspect of their special day without the dictation of patterned walls and the distraction of colorful carpeting.
