Building a Bow Stringer

What’s the safest way to string a recurve or long bow? Use a stringer! Stringers allow you to apply even pressure on both limbs while sliding the string into place, which is the safest method for wooden and composite bows to be strung. Commercial stringers work well, but sometimes just don’t adjust to fit your size, style, or budget. Come make your own stringer, designed by you, for you, and for your bow.
