Visit Bentonville is governed by the Bentonville Advertising and Promotion Commission. The A & P Commission has a funding program where events and meetings may apply for grant monies from the A & P Commission to help offset the cost of their event. We review events that utilize our hotels and restaurants as our funding sources is the 2% hotel tax and 1% restaurant tax.
Submit your request using the form below. All applications will be considered, discussed, and awarded by the A&P Commission with guidance from Visit Bentonville staff. Applications are reviewed at the regular meeting of the A&P Commission in
April (submission deadline is April 1)
July (submission deadline is July 1)
October (submission deadline is October1)
Requests should be submitted at least 4 months prior to the event.
All funding requests are subject to availablity of funds.
