Campsites
The campgrounds at Coler include picturesque sites thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the tranquil ambiance of autumn. Amid the rustling leaves and crisp, cool air, you’ll find sixteen hike-in sites, five “Class B” camper-van sites, and one ADA site with adjacent parking.
The hike-in sites vary in sizes, with eight small elevated 9’ by 9’ tent platforms, recommended for one to two people, and eight large elevated 12’ x 12’ platforms for larger groups. Because campsites are on elevated platforms, tent stakes are not needed. However, extra cords are recommended to secure your tent to the cleat tie-downs. Carts are also available on site to help haul your gear to your campsite from your parking spot.

Amenities
Gone are the days of roughing it in the wilderness. With state-of-the-art amenities at Coler, you can freshen up and rejuvenate after a day of adventuring. The campgrounds feature:
- Heated and cooled bathrooms and showers
- Bike wash and repair stations
- Fire pits
- Dispersed hammock stands
Bonus: Take a short walk on the trail to the Homestead and you’ll be met with a beautifully designed open-air cafe. Airship at Coler has plenty of seating and a delicious menu featuring specialty coffee, beer, and snacks.

Direct access to trails
One of the best parts about camping at Coler is the easy access to so many different types of trails. Flow, cross-country, rock, dual slalom, flyover—you name it, there’s a trail at Coler. You are camping on a mountain bike preserve in “the mountain biking capital of the world” after all!

Proximity to Downtown Bentonville
Coler Mountain Bike Preserve is located about two miles away from Downtown Bentonville, and can be accessed via street protected bike lanes.
On the Bentonville Square, you’ll find restaurants, bars, locally-owned stores, and lots of public art.
